Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Faulty or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Missing components (tags, accessories, etc.)
Conditions for Exchange:
✔ Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ Original tags and packaging must be intact
✔ Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate an Exchange

Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (damage/wrong item)
- Images of the original packaging

Once approved:
- We'll arrange for a replacement
- Or issue a store credit (valid for 60 days)
Non-Exchangeable Items
❌ Custom-made or altered items
❌ Products without original tags/packaging
❌ Items damaged after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Do not discard packaging - we need photos

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost
Refund Policy
We currently offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds in original payment method are not available.
Important Notes
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours
- All exchange approvals are at Silsilaa's discretion
- No exchanges after 7 days of delivery
