1. Governing Law

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

Products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The exchange request is made within the 7-day time frame.
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product differs from the original order.
• The original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories are missing.

Process for Exchange/Dispute:

• In case of damaged or missing items, customers must email clear images of the outer packaging to info@silsilaa.pk before discarding it.
• To raise a dispute, customers must email pictures of the defective item to info@silsilaa.pk or call +92 320 2900031 within 7 days of delivery.
• Each dispute will be reviewed individually, and Silsilaa will strive for a fair resolution.
• Once approved, we will either:
  • Replace the product as per the original invoice.
  • Issue a store coupon of equivalent value, valid for 60 days.
• No disputes will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• The buyer is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith.
• Customers must verify all selections (size, color, design) before placing an order, as Silsilaa is not liable for incorrect choices.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

• Silsilaa may use your data (name, email, address) for:
  • Marketing communications (newsletters, catalogs).
  • Account creation (for registered users).
  • Delivery-related updates (via phone/email).
• We may share data with fraud prevention agencies for security purposes.
• We verify that customers are of legal age for online shopping.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept online payments via Visa, MasterCard, and other approved methods in PKR (or other supported currencies).
• All payment details are processed through a secure encrypted connection and are not stored on our servers.

6. General Terms

• These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Silsilaa and the customer.
• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes
